WELCOME TO VOBS - VILLA NUEVA OLD BOYS!!

And so begins the new venture as the Villa Nueva Old Boys Society (VOBS).
It seems most members are quite enthused about the April 1st move with new handicaps, a new course and only what one member describes as ''the good guys''. One or two members, (Harry, James and Jamie) will join soon after when Sherry memberships expire but in the meantime we can look forward to cheaper / better value for money golf fees, cheaper bar prices and hopefully bacon sandwiches and service with a smile.
Those continuing to play from Blue Tees will find a difference of around 600 metres longer at VN so the course offers the group a great challenge.
Arcos Golf Course is accessible also to VN members and we hope to have occasional trips there.
All existing VOBS members will be encouraged to bring their golfing visitors as guests and their stats are kept here on this site.
